This condition manifests itself in behavior that to a normal person might be explained as “unexplainable.” The survey conducted upon a random sample of adults 18 to 64 has an accuracy rate of + or - .069 %. To the common person – which according to the same survey represents 90% of the world’s population – this condition is described as being “a bubble off center.”
