Shedding more of my slug weight was easy this week. I barely ate. Like you, I am sure, I spent much of my time following the news about the devastating events in Japan – from the 9.0 earthquake that struck and unleashed the tsunami on March 11, flattening coastal cities and killing thousands, to the unfolding crisis at the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear facility. I have been glued to my television set.
